This visa also includes those who are entering the country for medical treatment or participation in certain types of social or service event. Immigration can issue the visiting visa up to six months.
Fiancé Visa (K-1)
The fiancé(e) visa is for the fiancé(e) of a U.S. citizen to travel to the US for the purpose of marriage to the U.S. citizen.
